Who should apply?

Proven and ambitious sales professionals with 3 to 5 years of inside sales experience. Candidates must possess confidence, professional etiquette, and be well spoken. Ability to create immediate and lasting rapport is essential. Professional closing skills are a must in this B2B professional sales environment.

  • Must be willing to follow proven sales process
  • Should be driven to close new sales


Base Salary of $48,000 plus commission. This is a recurring sales model and your income has the potential to expand as you build your book of clients. Work with an aggressive UNCAPPED Commission Plan. Company is expanding into new markets that are showing increasing earning potential for current team members. Meeting minimum sales goals will generate approximately $75K in annual income. Top producers will earn much more!


A college degree is desired but not required for the right person. The ability to formulate professional written correspondence, however, is essential.


Office hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday at our Scripps Ranch headquarters.


Our benefits package currently includes a Gold Level medical plan, paid sick leave, paid holidays, and paid vacation time. We pay 95% of the medical program monthly premium for employees. It is a gold performance health care plan with zero deductible along with 75% of dental and 100% vision.
